I notice that this program has a hard time uninstalling Java Runtime 6. It runs the installer to modify the program instead of the uninstaller to get rid of it. I tried a few other programs like this and they all had the same problem. The only one I found that did the Java uninstall correctly is the uninstaller in Ccleaner.

I've tried a few in the past and was simply not impressed. Revo is pretty cool though. It uses the default uninstaller for the unwanted application then runs deeper scans to find other traces. It also provides clear and detailed information about the scan results and gives the user control of what to do with the remaining traces
