ZCare Account and Data Deletion
ZCare users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion:
Send an email to: azyly3543@gmail.com
Use the subject: "ZCare Account Deletion Request"
Send the request from the email address associated with your ZCare account.
State clearly that you want your ZCare account and associated personal data deleted.
After verifying the request, ZCare will process the account deletion request and delete personal data associated with the account, including account information and other user data stored by ZCare, except information that must be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
Data that may be deleted includes:
• Account and profile information
• Phone verification information where applicable
• Appointments and notes stored with the account
• Other personal data associated with the ZCare account
Some limited records may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or establish that a free trial has previously been used.
