We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is used, how it is shared, and how it is protected when you use the App.
The App provides AI-powered 3D generation features, including:
Text to 3D
Image to 3D
AI Texturing
Animation
Auto Rigging
Remesh
The information processed depends on the feature you choose to use.
When you use the Text to 3D feature, the text prompt you enter is securely transmitted to Meshy AI solely for generating the requested 3D model.
The text prompt is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or identity verification.
When you use the Image to 3D feature:
The App requests access only to the photo that you choose from your Photo Library.
The App does not access your entire photo library.
Only the image you explicitly select is processed.
Before the selected image is transmitted, the App requests your consent.
If you choose Cancel, the image is not uploaded or processed.
If you choose Continue, the selected image is securely transmitted to Meshy AI solely for generating the requested 3D model.
Some images selected by users may contain a person's face.
The App does not:
Perform facial recognition
Perform face tracking
Perform biometric authentication
Identify individuals
Create facial templates
Extract biometric identifiers
Store face data
Sell face data
Use face data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing
If a selected image contains a person's face, the face is processed only as part of the image submitted by you for the sole purpose of generating the requested 3D model through Meshy AI.
The App does not use face data for any other purpose.
The App uses Meshy AI to provide AI-powered 3D generation services.
Depending on the feature you use, the following information may be securely transmitted to Meshy AI:
Text prompts
Images selected by you
3D model files uploaded by you (for AI Texturing, Auto Rigging, or Remesh)
This information is transmitted only to process your request and generate the requested result.
The App does not sell or disclose your information to advertising networks, marketing companies, or data brokers.

The App does not permanently store your uploaded images, uploaded 3D models, text prompts, or face data on its own servers.
The information you submit is transmitted only to complete your requested AI generation.
Any temporary processing or retention performed by Meshy AI is governed by Meshy AI's own Privacy Policy and data retention practices.
The App requests access to your Photo Library only so you can select an image for AI-powered 3D generation.
The App accesses only the image that you choose and never scans or accesses your complete photo library.
Before any selected image is transmitted to Meshy AI for Image to 3D generation, the App clearly informs you:
What information will be transmitted.
Who will receive the information.
Why the information is being transmitted.
The App requests your consent before processing begins.
If you choose Cancel, your image is not transmitted.
If you choose Continue, your image is securely transmitted to Meshy AI only for generating the requested 3D model.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information processed through the App.
Although no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect information while it is being transmitted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is published.
