Welcome to the official support page for Zavid. Zavid turns your ideas and photos into short, cinematic AI videos — no editing skills required. Describe a scene in your own words, upload your own photos, or start from a ready-made template, and our AI renders a finished video for you in minutes.
Text to video (Prompt Studio): Describe a scene in one line and Zavid generates a complete video from it.
Photo to video: Upload 1–2 of your own photos, add a prompt, and let the AI animate them into an original video.
Premium template library: Ready-made styles across fashion, travel, fantasy, romance, anime and more — just add your photo.
Prompt suggestions: "Inspire" and "Surprise me" generate high-quality prompt ideas when you are out of inspiration.
Video options: Choose duration and output quality to match your project and your credit budget.
Personal library: Every creation is saved to your Library, where you can review, re-watch, delete, save to your photo gallery, or share to social media.
Credits & VIP membership: Flexible credit packs plus weekly / monthly / yearly VIP plans with bonus credits, faster rendering and discounted credits.
Multi-language interface: English and Vietnamese, or follow your device language automatically.
Q: What can I do with Zavid?
You can create videos from a text prompt, turn your own photos into animated AI videos, or generate a video from a template — then save it to your device or share it directly.
Q: Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. All AI generation runs on our servers, so a stable internet connection is required to submit a request and receive your finished video.
Q: How do credits work?
Each video costs credits depending on the duration and quality you select. You can buy credit packs at any time, or subscribe to VIP to receive a recurring credit drop, cheaper credit packs and faster rendering.
Q: How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the Store screen and use the restore option. Purchases are tied to your App Store / Google Play account, so signing in with the same account restores your active subscription.
Q: Why was my video rejected or marked as failed?
Prompts or images containing sensitive or prohibited content are blocked automatically. Please revise the prompt and choose another image. If a video fails for any other reason, the credits issue can be reviewed by our support team — just send us the video's creation time.
Q: What should I do if the result is not what I expected?
Write a more specific prompt (mention the subject, setting, camera movement, lighting and mood), use a clearer, well-lit source photo, or try a higher quality setting. Restarting the app and checking your connection also resolves most rendering issues.
Q: What happens to the photos I upload?
Your image data is processed exclusively by our internal AI on secure servers. We do not share or sell your information to any third parties.
Q: How do I delete my videos?
Open the Library tab, tap Select, choose the videos you want to remove and tap Delete. This action cannot be undone.
