Refund Policy: Digital Products
1. Nature of Digital Products:
All products sold by "Zarveem Digital Store" are digital goods (e-cards, planners, templates, etc.) delivered instantly via download link.
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads,
we generally DO NOT offer refunds once the purchase is complete and the product has been downloaded.
2. Exceptions to the Policy:
A refund may be issued ONLY if:
(a) The file is proven to be corrupted or damaged.
(b) The download link provided does not work or is invalid.
(c) The product received is fundamentally different from the description on our website.
3. Submission of Complaint:
If you believe your purchase meets the refund criteria (section 2), you must contact us via email at zarveem@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.
Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
4. Customer Responsibility:
We do not offer refunds for cases such as
"I changed my mind,"
"I bought the wrong item,"
or
"I don't know how to use it."
