Co-Creation Process

The co-creation involved in the process of creating this exhibition is in the involvement of multiple voices often not heard in the museum setting. These include researchers, Zaramo community members both male and female, cultural practitioners, artists, and students who worked together to design, interpret, plan, or implement this project. This approach emphasized on citizen science acknowledging that knowledge is shared and that sustainable, meaningful results come from joint participation.
