You will use features such as Intruder Photo responsibly and in legally permissible environments.
You will ensure your device permissions and system settings allow Zappy to function as intended.
Required Permissions
To enable certain features, Zappy may request the following permissions:
Camera: For Intruder Photo Capture
Microphone: For Clap-to-Find sound detection
Notifications: For sending alerts
Bluetooth / Headset Connection Status (within OS limits): For headset disconnect alerts
Zappy does not upload, store, or share your photos, audio, or alert data. All processing remains on your device.
Privacy Protection
We respect your privacy. Zappy:
Does not collect personal identifiers such as name, contacts, or precise location.
Does not upload images, audio samples, alert logs, or sensor data to any server.
Does not share data with advertisers or third parties.

Alerts may not trigger in all circumstances due to hardware limitations, system settings, or environmental factors.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, unless required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
User Responsibilities

Use Zappy in a legal and ethical manner;
Not rely on Zappy as your sole method of device protection;
