Email Address:
If you complete Level 50 and choose to enter the prize draw, we will collect your email address. This email is used solely to enter you into the prize draw and to contact you if you win.

Country of Residence:
Before allowing entry into the prize draw, we collect your country of residence to confirm eligibility.

4. Use of Google AdMob

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google AdMob may collect data about your device and app usage using cookies, identifiers, and other tracking technologies to serve personalized ads. Argentina, Austria, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

7. Prize Draw Details

• The prize draw will be conducted once 200,000 users have completed Level 50 and entered by providing their email address.
  
  

• Participants must have completed Level 50 to enter.
  
  

• Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries at the conclusion of the draw.
  
  

• By entering your email, you consent to its use solely for administering the prize draw and for contacting you if you win.

8. Restricted Countries

ZapMoji is not intended for use or distribution in the following countries or regions:
Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
We do not make the app available for download in these countries through official app stores and do not support its use there.

9. Data Retention and Security

We retain email addresses collected for the prize draw only as long as necessary to administer the draw and contact winners. Afterward, this data is securely deleted.

We implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Links and Advertisements

Our app may contain links to third-party websites or services. Clicking on these links or viewing ads may allow third parties to collect or share information about you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.
