We operate the mobile application Zorvik (the App'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services')

Any violation of these requirements may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

10. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE

By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services, you automatically grant, and represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Zorvik an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and licence to:

of your Contributions for any purpose, including commercial, advertising, promotional, or business purposes.

This licence applies to any media format or technology now known or developed in the future.

This includes use of your:

Name
Company name
Franchise name
Trademarks
Service marks
Logos
Personal images
Commercial images

You retain ownership of your Contributions and all related intellectual property rights.

We do not claim ownership of your Contributions.

You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree to release Zorvik from any responsibility or legal claims relating to your Contributions.

We have the right, at our sole discretion, to:

Edit, modify, or remove Contributions.
Re-categorize Contributions.
Review, restrict, or delete Contributions at any time.

We have no obligation to monitor Contributions.

11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

We may provide areas on the Services where users can leave reviews or ratings.

When posting a review, you must:

Have firsthand experience with the person, product, or entity being reviewed.
Avoid offensive, abusive, racist, hateful, or discriminatory language.
Not include illegal activity references.
Not post false, misleading, or deceptive statements.
Not post reviews on behalf of competitors.
Not make claims regarding legality of conduct.

12. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENCE

Use Licence

If you access the Services through the App, Zorvik grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on devices owned or controlled by you.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App.
Violate applicable laws while using the App.
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Make the App available to multiple users through unauthorized networks.
Create competing products or services using the App.
Use automated queries, scripts, or unauthorized software with the App.

Apple and Android Devices

When using the App through Apple App Store or Google Play:

Your licence is limited to using the App on compatible devices.
Zorvik is responsible for maintenance and support of the App as required by applicable law.
App distributors have no obligation to provide support services.
You must comply with third-party terms when using the App.
App distributors are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce applicable provisions.

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, videos, software, applications, and other content belonging to third parties ("Third-Party Content").

Such Third-Party Websites and Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked by Zorvik for accuracy, reliability, completeness, or appropriateness.

We are not responsible for:

The content of third-party websites.
Accuracy of third-party information.
Privacy practices of third parties.
Products or services offered by third parties.

If you access any Third-Party Website or use Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk.

Any purchases made through Third-Party Websites are solely between you and the third party.

Zorvik does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or content.

14. ADVERTISERS

We allow advertisers to display advertisements and other information in certain areas of the Services.

We only provide space for displaying advertisements and do not have any other relationship with advertisers.

15. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
