• Started Journey as Physics Lecturer on a C.H.B. basis in Vaidynath College, Parli Vaijnath (M.S.)

• Laid the Foundation Stone of Zanwar Classes in 1996

• In 2000, the concept of Foundation IIT was introduced in Marathwada.

• Established new dimensions in NTSE, MTSE, Olympiad, etc. from the result point of view of National and state-level competitive examinations.
