About me:

I am from the USA and am currently a masters student in Geoinformatics at the University of Tartu, Estonia. Previously I completed a bachelors in Botany from Trinity College Dublin with first class honors. I have a wide range of skills and hobbies from wooden boatbuilding to making electronics in addition to my education with botanical and geographical science. Currently I'm working on research looking at the genetic make up of soil microbes which are contributing to high greenhouse gas fluxes in a birch forest. I aspire to continue working on and with plants both at the individual plant scale and the landscape scale.

I speak English and German and am currently learning Estonian. I am also competent in Python, R, Java, and Lua coding languages.

I am highly self-motivated and flexible, and can adapt to what the moment requires of me. My broad skillset and wide range of experiences make me a dependable asset to your team.
