Now confirmed - see you at this third annual OC Ukefest - for them and for ZanderGlass! It seems like a tradition has formed. I'm enjoying watching the event grow as I do the same as a glass artist with a vending table for the day. I look forward to the large community of lovely people that attend this festival.

Exciting that this will be my first year with a spot at this long-running, 47th annual Santa Monica festival tradition. I've been a community student of SMC and it will be an honor to give back to the Art Department as a vending artist. From their previous year's Instagram post: 'SMC’s 46th Annual Holiday Art Sale- the once-a-year opportunity to buy some truly unique works of art to satisfy your year-round gift needs: ceramics, hand-blown glass, fused glass, jewelry, prints, and more, all created by SMC students, faculty, and staff. Proceeds from the sale help support the SMC Art Department. For more information about SMC’s Holiday Art Sale, please email art@smc.edu.'
Useful Info: Friday 10AM-8PM, Saturday 10AM -8PM, Sunday 10AM -5PM. Located at the Corsair Gym on the SMC Main Campus, at 1900 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica, CA. Free parking in Parking Structure 3. Proceeds will benefit the SMC Art Department (30% to the art program; 70% to the artist).
While just my first time at this event, it's a long-running, annual tradition for many! This takes place from 12-5pm, by Santa Monica College Art Department, at the Palisades-Malibu YMCA 'Simon Meadow,' in Temescal Gateway Park. Proceeds benefit both the SMC Art Dept. and the Palisades-Malibu YMCA (30% to support those programs, and 70% to the artist).
I enjoyed the Inaugural OC Uke Fest so much the previous year year that I returned in 2025 for my--and the festival's second year. It was another wonderful time had by all, and my best event yet in terms of art pieces sold, hooray! I see improvements in my work at each event--as well as new challenges and mistakes. I love it all.
What a pleasure to set-up a vending table in the main area at the annual Los Angeles International Ukulele Festival. It was my second year attending, and first year as a vendor. I sold my ukulele- and music-related glass creations. This festival is special to me because it was at this event in 2023 that I was inspired by how well it was run and how kind everyone was, and I decided to challenge myself and return as a future vendor.
I'm delighted to have participated in the inaugural (and sold out) Orange County Ukulele Festival with a vending table, and was in great company with others who also enjoy playing the ukulele. It was a wonderful experience, and I already know that I'd love to return in 2025.
