This Privacy Policy explains how Massnogix, the Google Play developer name of
ZALVO LLC ("we", "us", "our"), handles information in the mobile games we
publish on Google Play (the "Games"). This policy applies to every Game listed
in Section 2.

5. Information We Collect
Our Games do not require you to create an account, and we do not directly
collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number
or precise location. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your
device only.
6. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The third-party services listed in Section 4 may automatically collect and
process the following data:
- Device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device information (model, operating system, language)
- Ad interaction data (ads viewed and clicked)
- Diagnostic, crash and performance data
This data is used to show ads, measure ad performance, keep the Games working
properly, and prevent fraud. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of
personalized ads in your Android device settings.
7. How We Use Information
Information is used only to provide and improve the Games, show ads, fix
errors, and prevent fraud. We do not use it for any other purpose.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the
third-party services listed in Section 4, as described in their privacy
policies, or when required by law.
9. Data Security
Data sent by third-party services is encrypted in transit using
industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
10. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Game data stored on your
device is removed when you uninstall the Game. To request deletion of data
collected through our Games, or for any privacy question, email us at
talk@zalvollc.com with the name of the Game. We will respond within 30 days.
11. In-App Purchases
If a Game offers in-app purchases, payments are processed by Google Play.
We do not receive or store your payment card details.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided
personal information, contact us at talk@zalvollc.com and we will delete it.
13. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or
delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To use these
rights, contact us at talk@zalvollc.com.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we publish a
new Game. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated
"Last updated" date.
