Baseline survey, “Ujana Salama”

The purpose of the baseline study was to provide a benchmark from which Femina can measure the progress the of Ujana Salama Project through an in-depth situation analysis and needs assessment of SRHR among the target groups in specified districts and Villages. The baseline data will also cover interventions by the district administration in the target districts in specified wards and Villages, service providers, women groups, and traditional and religious leaders, to understand the SRHR needs.
Evaluation of the Tanzanian Development Vision 2025

Endline study on Quality and Standards Project intended to assess the performance of the project against the set targets and desired outcomes. The assignment also involved conducting Baseline study on the Standards, Quality Infrastructure and SPS project intended to establish the benchmarking of the project indicators for future measure on project progress.

The overall objective of the project was to inform policies in Tanzania to address the COVID-19 recession and recovery, with a focus on the interface between macroeconomic policies and economic, social (including gender) and environmental outcomes.
Developing National Export Strategy

The overall objective of the assignment was to work with the Ministry of Industries, Investment and Trade to develop the National Export Strategy which will enable Tanzania to unlock its export potential and increase export earnings, reduce trade balance deficit, increase contribution of exports to economic growth, employment and poverty reduction in the country.
