Responsibilities:
Manage data offers and campaigns to drive the data revenue of Grameenphone
Monitor and follow up on data revenue trend against target with granular focus up to BTS & territory level
Work with other data product managers to chalk out revenue campaigns and manage the internet business product portfolio
Work with circle marketing teams to manage performance against ambitions and targets
Monitor network utilization and capacity levels
Work with Technology and Operations colleagues to identify opportunity areas
Recommend an action plan to stabilize network experience (to protect subs, churn, revenue, experience, etc) to maintain revenue
Monitor all performance metrics [revenue, volume, APPMB, AMBPU, Volume/day, data subs/day, volume/sub/day, data active days, etc.] and implement mitigation plans as and when needed
Develop a campaign roadmap for the area of responsibility and align with other campaign managers and the overall product roadmap
Ensure end-to-end product pre and post-launch UAT, necessary RAFM vetting
Ensure stakeholder alignment pre- and post-product/ offers/campaign launch & closure

-Translating business and high-level requirements into detailed platform requirements for the end-to-end consumption model experience
-Working cross-functionally to articulate opportunities and rationales for moving the platform in synergy with the strategy and vision
-Defining the opportunities, potential solutions, and platform details that help our customers succeed in the growth of their business
-Measuring the progress of initiatives and maintaining transparency in reporting status to all stakeholders (this includes managing the backlog of work to be done, creating epics and stories, and tracking the priorities and implementation)
-Regularly interacting with customers to understand general market trends down to specific user requirements, with an ability to effectively develop and use personas.
-Assisting in the development and implementation of training, documentation, and other communication pieces that enable support, sales, and channel partners to exceed our customers’ expectations.
-Proactively managing expectations and education of all product stakeholders, including but not limited to customers, partners, and internal functions, such as production support, service, and sales.

• RCA logging and reporting for major incidents.
• To be engaged with application vendors in order to minimize frequently occurring incidents.
