As a Finance Executive at Focus (UK-based firm), I manage the full accounts payable cycle using Xero for UK operations, including processing and coding supplier invoices with correct VAT treatment. I handle supplier payments, reconciliations, and AP ledger maintenance, prepare aged payables and support bank reconciliations, and assist with month-end closing while coordinating with UK vendors to ensure compliance with HMRC guidelines and smooth procure-to-pay workflows.

As an Accounts Executive at Kia Motors, I managed day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing. I handled billing, payment follow-ups, ledger maintenance, and monthly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
