Hi, my name is Zainab, I'm a self-taught baker and I am located in Crawley, UK. I started baking a couple of years ago after being introduced to a couple delicious gluten-free cake recipes by a family friend. I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease - which means I'm intolerant to gluten - 7 years ago. At the time I didn't miss sweet treats but as time went on I wanted to find an alternative. So, a couple of years ago, I started experimenting with ingredients in order develop allergy-friendly recipes.

Ever since I was young, I've been loved being creative so my passion for baking and arts resulting in me learning how to decorate cakes too!
