Hi! My name is Zaile.

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management at the National University of Singapore (NUS). I am also affiliated with the Institute for Operations Research and Analytics (IORA) at NUS. Before joining NUS, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Healthcare Management Initiative at INSEAD.
