Pecy loves to hug and get as much touch as she can. She is differently abled and often struggles to communicate but she never stops trying to assert herself. She has a fiery spirit. Pecy enjoys school though she does not enjoy the schoolwork part of school. 

Pecy has been in care since she was five years old.
