I am a George Family Foundation postdoctoral fellow at Georgia Insisitute of Technology, working with Dr. Turgay Ayer. I completed my PhD in Management Science - Operations Management at the UT Dallas Jindal School of Management, advised by Dr. Özalp Özer and Dr. Mehmet Ayvaci.
My research interests revolve around the design and analysis of human-centric solutions to operations management problems, with a focus on healthcare operations. I am currently working on problems encompassing both sides of the human-technology frontier in clinical settings. Using empirical and analytical methods, my research aims to improve quality of care by leveraging the capabilities of technology while also accounting for the behavior of the caregivers who use it.
In Fall 2023, I will join Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business as an Assistant Professor of Operations Management.
