Hello there! A warm welcome to my website :)

I am Zahidur Rahman. I am currently a Lecturer at the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) of East West University (EWU), Dhaka, Bangladesh. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B. Sc. Engg. [EEE]) Degree from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). For my B. Sc. Engg. thesis, I worked on the design of dual-core photonic crystal fiber for polarization splitter and biophotonics compatible supercontinuum generation. My research interests include optics and photonics, waveguide design, applied electromagnetics, optical and wireless communications and smart grid communications.
