Broadway is a more transit-oriented location due to scarcity of parking in the area. Parking on W Broadway itself is unavailable between certain times due to transit prioritisation and the few spaces on Cypress St are difficult to get (luck is the only way). The alley behind the store has many parking stalls but they're all reserved so don't park there unless you want to get towed! This location is not served by the 99 B-Line but the 9, 14 and 16 buses all stop near it. One last thing to note is that this location is the easiest to miss because it's the smallest of them all. To make things easier for you, look directly at the front of Benjamin Moore and it's the small store neighbouring it on the left.
