2019 Project Egress Contributor National Air and Space Museum, Washington DC Adjusted 3D models to scale and modified drill holes in Rhino to FDM 3D print to be assembled by Adam Savage and Jenn Schacter on the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11.

2012 Lead 3D Printing prototype specialist on behalf of MICA in connection with The Walters Art Museum, for the reproduction of art for the Blind – Baltimore MD. Awarded a Grant by the Walters Art Museum in a program continued under John Shields and Rich Lipscher. Utilizing Rapid-Prototyping methods to replicate historical artifacts, exploring options for sight impaired tours.

Lead Designer using a combination of Fusion 360 and FDM printers I delivered modified hard hat clips in 48 hours that allowed face shields to attach to three styles of hard hats during covid pandemic. This allowed our company to produce 10,000 units for the USDA in field workers.
Repaired a custom fabricated FDM printer with a 3’ x 3’ print bed, rewired and replaced parts on the print head, retimed z axis belts and stepper motors, realigned and cleaned the print bed, modified the G code using Cura.
Designed and 3D printed multiple extinct parts to maintain 3D Shop performance. Using Rhino and FDM Printers I printed sliding blocks, z-axis gears, and extruder head bed plows
Electric Vehicle Institute (EVI), Service and Prototype Technician

Designed and fabricated multiple custom EV charging stations with standard 7.2 kW circuitry enclosed in a UL compliant enclosures from stations originally fabricated to be mounted at the Hyattsville Police department. These stations were then designed to compliment the exterior look of Camden Yards.
In conjunction with BTCPower I performed regular maintenance and repair on 240 volt and 480 volt electric vehicle charging stations in the tristate area.
Carried out REZNET compliant energy audits, making installation protocols for EV charging station locations, and prepared properties for installation of equipment.

Prepared renders for proposals and grants utilizing CAD software Cinema 4D, Illustrator, rhino, and solidworks. I would also assemble architectural models to go with the presentation of the installation.
Making use of hand and power tools, cranes, scissor lift and boom lifts, a small team would travel onsite to assemble and install large public artworks for municipalities and universities.
Practiced OSHA safe protocols when disassembling and processing past projects
Manufactured glass choppers with a wood jig to hold a bottom wedge of forged D2 tool steel and procured complimentary precision cut triple hardened PCM40 chopping wedge.
