The WellSpring Times is a faculty-focused publication designed to support adjunct instructors in strengthening their teaching effectiveness within allied health education. As a contributing writer, I developed content aimed at enhancing instructional quality through evidence-based strategies in stress management, behavior change, and student engagement. My work focused on translating concepts from Instructional Design and Behavioral Science into practical tools that adjunct faculty can apply directly in the classroom.

This foundational course in health and wellness will explore three central tenets: nutrition, complementary and integrative medicine (CIM), and the role of exercise and mind-body practices in stress management.
This curriculum was designed as an introductory course and continuing education course to bridge the gap between theoretical health education and practical application. Emphasis was placed on behavior change, sustainability, and real-world implementation. The project reflects my broader philosophy of integrating science with human-centered coaching.

This portfolio showcases curriculum developed for collegiate-level Fitness & Nutrition programs that integrates principles from Exercise Science, Nutrition Science, and Behavioral Science. Materials shown here are adapted representations of the institution-owned coursework I created.
Select materials are adapted and reformatted for professional portfolio use. The original curriculum was developed in my role at WellSpring School of Allied Health as Program Manager, Curriculum, and LMS Administrator, and remains the institution's property.
My curriculum design philosophy centers on bridging theory and application. Students are not only taught foundational concepts but are required to demonstrate competency through real-world application, coaching scenarios, and program design. Emphasis is placed on sustainable behavior change and client-centered practice.
