Rowmotion on rooted trees (with Pranjal Dangwal, Jamie Kimble, Jinting Liang, Jianzhi Lou, and Bruce Sagan ), Sém. Lothar. Combin., 88 (2023), Art. B88a, 21 pp., pdf.
This was the first published paper I had worked on. Luckily, I had the honor to do it with a great group of peers and Dr. Sagan. The work is in algebraic combinatorics. We the study group actions of rowmotion on lower order ideals and anti-chains of a poset. A poset is a partially ordered set, a collection of objects and a way to compare some of them. Posets can be visualized by their Hasse diagrams, graph theoretic objects whose vertices represent the elements of the poset while the edges represent cover relations. We visualize the group actions in terms of certain tilings and derive results from there.
