Dr. Zachary Sturman is an Assistant Professor in the Health Economics & Policy Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center's Peter O'Donnell Jr. School of Public Health. He teaches graduate-level courses in health economics and in health policy to medical students and public health students (M.D., MPH, and Ph.D. students). Dr. Sturman received his J.D. and Ph.D. in Law & Economics from Vanderbilt University, and received his B.A. from the Honors College at the College of Charleston, where he graduated first in his class.
Professor Sturman's scholarship has been published in law, economics, medical, and health policy journals. His current work focuses on substance use and addiction.
