Read the Social Media Policy for all Zachary's Social Media Platforms

This social media policy has been created and put into effect for all of Zachary's social media platforms. Zachary understands the social media platforms themselves has policies of their own, but Zachary has created his own policies specifically for his own social media pages. There are consequences for violating such policy.

Please read over this policy and understand it before becoming a member or a follower of Zachary's social media platforms. This policy applies to all visitors, community and followers of Zachary's social media platforms.

Section 1-A R1.0 Introduction
Zachary welcomes all questions, comments, concerns but asks that this social media visitors, community and followers refrain from using profanity and keep the debate civil. When posting, keep in mind that his social media platforms is used as a source of communication and information by most of his community, visitors and followers. Wall posts on Zachary's social media pages do not constitute an endorsement by Zachary.

Section 2-B R1.0 Connection and Communication

Zachary has several different social media platforms that he uses on a daily basis to post news as well as other content.. This provides a way for Zachary's visitors, community and followers a way to connect and communicate with Zachary. 

Zachary allows anyone to view his content across his social media platforms and at least one way of communication for those of you who have questions, comments or concerns that need to be addressed.

Zachary allows communication on just about all his social media platforms, whether that's by private message, the comments section or other means of contact. If Zachary decides other means of contact, he ensures it follows guidelines and policies of that particular social media platform.

Communication with Zachary on his social media pages is made easy. Zachary is happy to answer all your questions, comments, concerns via social media. Comments, questions, concerns can be addressed by using private message, comments section or other means of contact but only when Zachary makes it available. Zachary usually will reply within 24 to 48 hours of you contacting him.

Automated messages are rarely used on Zachary's social media pages to prevent confusion that may arise on if Zachary actually is active on that particular social media site.

Zachary asks that you refrain from spam messages or messages that contain profanity. This behavior will NOT be tolerated. If you contact Zachary and it contains spam messages or messages that contain profanity, you will be blocked, banned and reported for participating in such activity.

Section 3-A R1.0 Engagement and Interactions
Zachary uses many different techniques to get community or follower engagement and interaction on his social media platforms. This may include imagery, polls, videos, and  live-streams. These techniques are used or can be used by Zachary so he can understand how his followers, community or visitors feel about a controversial topic, general topic or question.

As a visitor, follower or as a part of the community on any of Zachary's social media platforms, you understand that your engagement and interactions with Zachary's posts influences the insights of each social media post and page of Zachary's. This means that your interactions and/or engagements are used to reach more of the community and it gives Zachary an idea of what content he can improve on or what types of content he needs to post more of. Insights are NOT used to track his followers or prevent his followers from seeing any of his content. Insights are not collected, created or updated by Zachary, it's automatic.

As a visitor, follower or as a part of the community on any of Zachary's social media platforms, you understand that all engagements and interactions are follower based. This means that ALL interaction or engagements on any of Zachary's social media posts or pages is by only the community or followers that support Zachary on social media.

Your engagement and interaction on any particular post MUST be related to the topic of the post. Your engagement and interactions may be publicly seen by a larger or smaller audience, no comments are hidden or edited by Zachary. However, your engagement and/or interaction will be taken down if it violates this social media policy or the policy of that particular social media platform.

All engagement and interaction is follower based only.  Please read Section5-A R1.0 as well as of this policy for more info.

Section 4-A R1.0  Commenting, Messaging, Posts and tagging.
Comments, messages and visitor posts are welcome on any of Zachary's social media pages.  Generally, Zachary doesn't  allow  tagging. 

COMMENTS
Zachary does lots of posts on social media that allows feedback from his followers. While everyone is welcome to comment, engage and interact with posts on Zachary's social media platforms, not any comment is allowed.

- Comments may not contain spam content or profanity. Zachary has the right to remove comments on his post that contain such behavior. Those who leave spam comments or comments that contain profanity WILL be reported, blocked and banned.

- Any and all comments must be on-topic to what Zachary's posts. Any comments that are off-topic or doesn't have anything to do with the post itself will be removed. Zachary has the right to remove any comments that aren't welcomed or doesn't flow with the content of his page. Any persons who leaves comments that are off-topic will be blocked, banned and removed from Zachary's social media pages.

- Any comments exchanged between Zachary and any persons may not be shared via screenshot, copy and paste, etc with anybody else to attract unwanted attention. If this is found to be happening, you'll be reported immediately.

- If you leave a comment that contain emojis, please make sure the emojis are appropriate and makes sense with your comment. Comments with emojis that are unreasonable or doesn't warrant with what's being said, your comment will be removed.

- If you leave a comment that contains a .GIF (animated image), make sure your image relates to and/or makes sense to your comment. Comments with .GIF (animated images) that don't make sense or warrant with your comments will also be removed.

- If you leave a comment that contains a picture you've taken, make sure your image relates to and/or makes sense to your comment, if it doesn't, it will be removed. In addition, you'll be banned, reported and removed.

- Any interactions in the comments by other individuals are allowed as long as it's appropriate and is on-topic with
the conversation.

- If you leave comments of any kind on Zachary's social media page and you're not following the particular page, you and your comments will be removed.

- Your not allowed to harass, bully, antagonize or any such behavior when replying or leaving comments. Comments that feel threatening, that bully, harass or antagonize anyone will be removed. The person or persons who left the comment(s) will be banned, reported, removed. This behavior will NOT be tolerated in any manner.

All comments are monitored on Zachary's social media pages.  Zachary reads every comment and responds only when necessary.  However, Zachary usually will like or reply back to your comment when he sees it. 

MESSAGING
Messaging is allowed on most of Zachary's social media pages. This is meant for means of communication between Zachary and another person in a private matter. Messages between Zachary and another person or persons will never be shared publicly, not even in messages to other individuals.

Zachary receives messages from his followers. Like comments, Messages are also monitored. Messages are answered within a 24 to 48 hour timeframe and depending on what your asking, it could be longer. Reasoning for this is because we may have to find a source for an answer which might take time.

- Any messages that contain spam, malicious activity, etc are never seen, responded to or interacted with. Usually messages like these are generated and sent to multiple people within a social media site. When and if Zachary gets any of these types of messages, they will be deleted within 30 days and the person or persons who sent the message will be blocked, reported and banned.

-  Zachary doesn't allow automated messages by his followers. If he receives an automated message from a follower, that follower will be removed in accordance to the situation at hand.

- Automated messages aren't used often by Zachary.  Zachary will not create automated messages to send to his followers. Usually if he sends a message, it's an actual message meaning that Zachary is active on that particular social media platform.

-  The purchase or sale of any item is NOT allowed on any of Zachary's social media via message.

- Messages that try to gain followers or traffic to a specific location on the web is NOT allowed on any of Zachary's social media.

- Do not use messaging as a way to try to get personal or private info. from Zachary or his family members.

- Do not publicly share what is discussed in a private message or message of any sort without Zachary's approval first. Do not publicly share private messages or messages of any sort by screenshot, copy and paste or any other method. If you do without approval first, it will be removed and you'll be reported.

- Do not use Zachary's content, verbiage or posts in messaging without Zachary's permission. That's common sense and it violates copyright and plagiarism. If you do without permission you will be reported, banned, removed (if not suspended) from that social media site.  Simple as that.

- Do not share any of Zachary's contact info or links in a message without him knowing it first.

POSTS
Zachary posts at least 1 to 4 things each day. All posts on Zachary's social media pages are made public. Most post are posted by Zachary directly and from time to time, Zachary may schedule a post to be posted on a particular social media site.

If you like entertainment, then Zachary's posts are for you! Mainly Zachary likes to post: National holidays, "just for fun" type posts, and non-entertaining things such as news, traffic and weather alerts as well as 'quick rants'

Zachary usually has all his posts up on social media before 12 am, unless time gets away from him.  He keeps himself busy! If he missed  or forgot to post something he will backdate the post. Backdating a post  simply makes it look like I posted it when it was suppose to be.

Most of Zachary's content that you see on social media, he creates himself and it takes lots of hard work and dedication to get content to look right and done on time. Your free to share, like, comment on Zachary's posts that contain such work. Using Zachary's work such as graphics is prohibited. Do not use any of Zachary's graphics or content on your own social media, text messages, private messages, etc and claim it to be yours. This behavior is strongly prohibited and is considered copyright infringement and will be treated as such.

If you share any of Zachary's social media posts, you must be following his page. If your not, your particular share (or 'post') will be removed and you'll be banned and removed from Zachary's social media page.

Posts that you see on Zachary's social media page is not automatic or ran by bots. Zachary actively posts everything himself. The only time Zachary doesn't actively post is when he schedules his posts to be posted, but this isn't considered "bot" activity. Zachary strongly prohibits "bots" on his social media. 

TAGING
There are multiple social media platforms that allow you to "tag" someone in a post or a photo. However, in the settings on one's social media account, they can opt out of this by simply turning it off. That's what Zachary did.

Zachary doesn't allow other people to tag him on social media. If it happens.. it happens. The tag will be removed and the person or persons will be reported (if not suspended) on that social media site.

The reference "tagging" also can mean "mention" on some social media platforms. Zachary doesn't accept or allow mentions either. You'll be reported if you "mention" Zachary, however, this may depend on the situation. 

Section 5-A R1.0 Follower Count and Fan Based Content 
In the past 18 months, Zachary has noticed a small decrease on interaction and feedback rate across his social media pages. This was discovered using the "insights" tool such as on Facebook and Twitter. On September 19th, Zachary made this publicly known by posting about it on Facebook as well as Twitter. The posts on these platforms are always public and followers always see Zachary's post. This only leads to one solution, people are interacting less.

In response to this, all interaction across Zachary's social media pages are now "follower based" -- this means if you are not following Zachary, then you will be removed and no longer allowed to interact with Zachary on social media promptly.  This "Follower based" interaction rule only goes for those who isn't a follower of Zachary's -- you will NOT be allowed to interact with Zachary in anyway on social media using his pages. Non-followers who like, comment, share, etc will be removed, banned and reported immediately. This isn't fair to those who have liked the page to interact and give feedback like they are suppose to.

For followers who don't interact within a certain unknown amount of time will also be removed and banned from Zachary's social media pages as well.

Follower based activity will increase the odds of people who have followed Zachary to interact and therefore should be the only people interacting with Zachary's posts. This also will filter out floaters, bots, fake profiles, and space that is being taken up from people who don't interact on Zachary's social media pages.

Those who follow Zachary on social media are strongly encouraged to think about how you interact and comment, make sure it is on-topic to prevent getting reported, banned or removed. This policy outlines what will and will not be tolerated when it comes to interacting on Zachary's social media pages from now on.

This follower based system went into effect on October 3rd of year 2022 and will be enforced heavily. Get ready!

FOLLOWER/FOLLOWING COUNT
Zachary has noticed from time to time that some people like to follow for a while, then decide to blindly unfollow. This behavior is fine, you decide who and what you want to follow. However, you may be reported by Zachary on social media and even worse -- banned or removed from all his social media pages. Why would Zachary report you for this? Because you are influencing follower count. At last check, this is also prohibited by social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and many others.

Zachary doesn't endorse follower count, meaning it's just a number. But signs of an individual impacting or tampering with the follower/following count is considered defamation. Zachary doesn't entertain individuals that participate in such activity - you'll be reported, blocked, banned, and removed immediately.  Hence, you could permanently be taken off social media if you're caught doing this. This is just a warning!


FAN BASE
All content across Zachary's social media pages is fan based. This means that any follower or "member" is allowed to see any posts on Zachary's social media and can like, comment, share, etc. Since Zachary's content is fan based, this means he doesn't alter any settings that may prohibit a follower to interact such as comment, like or share.  The only change in settings that has occurred as far as fan base is concern is:

- If you live in specific countries, you may not see Zachary's social media posts. Zachary isn't allowed to announce which countries are limited. Apologies!

Zachary's fan base on his social media accounts are responsible for ensuring that Zachary responds appropriately to them in messages or comments, but also are responsible for their own comments and actions. Zachary doesn't limit features to his followers unless they violate this policy.

If a specific function or feature isn't working on social media, refresh the page or try again later or report the issue. Zachary has no control over this particular matter.

Section 6-A R1.0 Notifications and Updates
Zachary doesn't choose what you get notified about. You do! If you want to get notified about what Zachary posts, make sure you edit your settings to choose to get notified when he posts content, that way you'll see everything!

Zachary provides updates when he feels it's necessary, but depending on the event. Zachary will always notify everyone (by post only) of a situation which includes the following:

- If Zachary was out of internet service and couldn't post.
- If Zachary took a break from social media for a little while.
- If a social media outage occurred.
- If Zachary had a power outage.

These are just some of the situations in which Zachary would post an update and let everyone know the reason he hasn't posted any content.

Other updates that Zachary provides may be a bit more interesting, and those are:
- Weather Alerts
- Traffic Alerts
- News & Events
- Power Outages
- Quick Rants

Updates will usually be posted each hour if it is something such as a weather alert, power outage, an event, or traffic alerts. However, prolonged events such as social media outages, internet service outages, power outages -- there could be a delay in providing an update, but one will be posted eventually. Have patience!

Notifications that you may see from Zachary include, but are not limited to:
- If Zachary takes a break from social media, then when he comes back and posts for the first time - you'll be notified
- If Zachary was to change his name on social media for some reason - you'll be notified!
- If Zachary does a livestream on one of his social media pages - you'll be notified!

Notifications as well as updates from Zachary is not only informational, but it's a way of letting the community know the latest on what's happening near them. 

Section 7-A R1.0 Accounts and Fan-pages
Zachary has several social media accounts including but not limited to the following: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and a few others. Zachary uses these accounts to post updates, news and entertainment for his followers, fans, family and friends. However, as of the year 2022, some social media pages or "accounts" appear more active than others.

The "active" social media pages or "accounts" usually will have anywhere from 1 to 4 posts a day or a post every couple of months. Active social media pages or "accounts" will usually have updates to other information associated with it such as it's header/banner, bio, or the page's name.

As of October 2022, Zachary is active on social media on main and/or unannounced back-up social media pages or "accounts." Zachary is most active on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You can find the links to these social media pages here.

Non-active social media pages or "accounts" of Zachary's will usually get 1 or 2 posts/updates a year. Zachary's social media pages or "accounts" that are non-active still get logged into (without any updates). This is to check up on the security and other activity. After the "check up", the page could still remain non-active by Zachary for months before another update to the social media page or "account."

At this time, For the purpose of privacy and security, Zachary cannot announce his non-active social media pages or "accounts."  active or non-active -- it doesn't matter -- every social page of Zachary's is monitored frequently for activity.

What happens if Zachary decides to stop using a social media service? Does it remain non-active? No. Zachary deactivates or will permanently delete a  social media account if he decides to quit using a particular social media service.

What should I expect if I don't see an update or post from Zachary within a determined amount of time?  This shouldn't be a cause for concern.  Zachary could be "active" on a social media page or account without posting or updating from time to time. It happens!!

This section of the policy also warrants other information besides the activity and inactivity of Zachary on social media. The other information warranted by this section of the policy is how Zachary manages his publicly known social media pages on any particular social media platform.

By reading the section of this policy, you agree that...

*You may not create a duplicate account or "impersonate" Zachary on social media. Whomever decides to create a duplicate or impersonator page or "account" will be reported by Zachary and probably will banned or permanently removed from the social media service. Zachary and many social media services strongly prohibit activity such as this. It's uncalled for and violates copyright laws.

*You may not create duplicate accounts or pages of yourself to follow Zachary or be a part of Zachary's fan-base on social media after already being blocked, unfollowed or reported by Zachary. Note that creating a second, third or fourth account or page of yourself will not give you or anyone else the privilege of following Zachary. There are other ways to know if this activity is going on, even if you use a fake name. Just remember: Strike one, Strike two, Strike three -- YOUR OUT!

*You may not negatively influence Zachary's social media pages or "accounts" in any manner. Those who negatively influence Zachary, his followers, friends, family, etc. on social media WILL be blocked and reported immediately. However, Zachary welcomes any form of positive influence you may have to his social media!

*You may not "use" Zachary's family, friends, followers to impact Zachary's  experience or productivity on his social media accounts or pages. Those who choose to participate in activity such as this will be blocked and reported. It will not be tolerated and goes against most (if not all) guidelines on most social media sites.

Before you decide to follow Zachary on social media, make sure your account or page looks legit.  If your account or page looks spammy or fake, it may be blocked by Zachary.  But, mistakes do happen! If you think that Zachary has blocked you by mistake, please contact him here.

For now, the majority of Zachary's social media pages are set to public. Zachary has all the links to most of his social media pages here on his website. If you want to follow a "private" or back-up social media page or "account" that Zachary has, you can request to follow him, but there is no guarantee that he will accept your request. But don't take it personally!

Zachary will never sale or make offers on his social media accounts or pages. Zachary doesn't sale content. If you see this activity and Zachary isn't already aware of it, you are asked to please report it to Zachary by contacting him ASAP!

Zachary may use "call to actions" on his social media pages for engagement. If this method of engagement is ever used, please use it responsibly. 

Section 8-A R1.0 Responsibility Guidelines
By reading this social media policy and being a follower of Zachary's on social media, you agree that you are solely responsible and will be held responsible for every comment, post and private message you create on Zachary's social media accounts or pages. Proof you made such comment, post or private message may be recorded and presented if you are not being truthful of your actions you make on Zachary's social media pages or "accounts"

Failing to admit your responsibility for your own actions when it's already been recorded after it's already taken place, that violates this section of the policy which will then result in you being blocked and reported on social media by Zachary.

Responsibility is in the hands of everyone who wants to be a part of Zachary's follower or fan-base on his social media -- nobody else can be responsible for your actions. You agree to being responsible for only your actions on Zachary's social media pages.

However, the responsibility for the owner (Zachary) of the social media page also plays a role -- particularly to ensure his followers has a smooth experience and flows with the content of the particular social media page or account. This will make a friendly environment so everyone enjoys the same content and can communicate effectively forming a community through comments and shares.

Note that Zachary isn't responsible and will not be held responsible for the swift decisions of social media sites themselves. If you make comments, posts or private messages that violates that particular social media sites policy and you get banned or suspended, the responsibility will then be between you and the social media site.

Zachary will never hold a follower responsible for something they are not responsible for.

Section 9-A R1.0 Privacy and Security
Zachary takes the privacy and security of his social media pages seriously. However, he also tries to protect the fans, followers, family, friends and community of his social media pages/accounts.

PRIVACY
Zachary ensures the privacy of himself and his followers on social media. While Zachary chooses what content is private he will never share what is said in a private messages, he'll never share personal information of anyone or himself. Zachary values everyone's right to privacy.

Zachary will never share public and/or private comments or messages from one of his private social media accounts onto his public social media accounts or pages. This ensures not only his privacy, but also the privacy of his followers. This is in the respect for those who may not want their comments seen by the public on social media on one of Zachary's posts to social media.

Zachary's social media posts are seen publicly except for on those social media pages that are private. However, Zachary has set some privacy measures in place (without hesitation) to limit those from "other countries" from seeing his posts on social media.

As mentioned in "Section 7A-R1.0" of this policy, Zachary may have social media accounts that are set to private. This protects Zachary's privacy and keeps out those people who shouldn't have the privilege of seeing Zachary's content on social media. Those social media sites that has been set to private can be seen by the public, but in order for someone to follow Zachary or see his posts, they must request to follow Zachary first, then he must approve of their request (if he wishes to do so). Zachary has every right to deny or "decline" any requests. Note that  "Section 7A.R1.0" states if your account looks "spammy" or fake, you'll be blocked and reported regardless.

As of 2022, Zachary doesn't have any plans to make any social media account public that is already private. If it's private, it's for a reason. By reading this policy, you agree to the following statement: "regardless if your a follower or not on Zachary's social media -- if you harass, demand or request for Zachary to make his social media public when it's already private, you will be blocked and reported immediately."  WARNING! >> If you participate in this type of activity, it will be publicly exposed through social media posts. This behavior is considered "invasion of privacy" and will not be tolerated.


SECURITY
Zachary values the security of his social media pages and accounts. There are many options for making social media accounts more secure and Zachary has chosen which option best works for him. You do what works best for you!

The security on Zachary's social media is always monitored. If anyone does anything to infringe upon Zachary's right to privacy, Zachary will expose them publicly through social media posts. This behavior is considered "invasion of privacy" and will not be tolerated.

By reading this policy, you agree not to do anything that will infringe upon Zachary's social media privacy and/or security.   Note: If you get exposed through social media posts by Zachary for invading (or trying to invade) his privacy, the posts will not be removed or taken down. 

Section 10-A R1.0 Denial of Interaction/Engagements
(via social media, email, blogs, websites and forums)

Zachary has every right to deny any of your interaction on any of his social media accounts, pages, website or blogs. Denial of interaction includes but is not limited to: likes, follows, shares, comments, messages, email and viewing of any social media pages/accounts and any websites or blogs that Zachary has created. By reading this statement, you understand and agree if Zachary does deny your interaction with him that it is permanent.

Any Individual also has the right to deny Zachary's interaction. Whether it's through social media, email, blogs or websites and public forums. By reading this particular statement, you understand and agree if you deny Zachary's right to interact with you that it will be permanent. This cannot and will not be changed.

If you believe that you've been wrongfully denied and can't interact with Zachary through social media (also includes: likes, follows, sharing, commenting or messaging), email, viewing of any websites/blogs Zachary has created -- fill out the forum here. It will take 24 to 48 hours to look over your request. If you have been denied interaction by mistake, it will be corrected 24 to 48 hours after you submit your request. If you file a false report of denial or your report isn't accepted you will not be allowed to file another report.

*If you have filed a denial of interaction claim and it is not accepted, you've probably violated one or more of Zachary's policies. If this is the case, Zachary will not work with you and it cannot be corrected. Each denial of interaction report you make will be declined without hesitation. Filing a denial of interaction report when an individual is aware that he or she has violated Zachary's policy (or policies) is prohibited. Sorry.

ZACHARY WILL NEVER DENY INTERACTION WITH YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR AGE, RACE, RELIGION, ETC. ZACHARY'S POLICY "DENIAL OF INTERACTION" IS NOT BASED UPON PERSONAL MATTER OF A PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL. UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR INTERACTION WITH ZACHARY ON SOCIAL MEDIA CAN ONLY BE DETERMINED HOW BOTH PARTIES SEE INTERACTION WITH ONE ANOTHER.

Understand that Zachary's denial of interaction usually only occurs when a particular individual violates a policy that Zachary has set in place. All policies that Zachary has created are strongly enforced through social media, blogs and websites as well as public forums that Zachary is associated with. When an individual violates Zachary's interaction policy (which means communication between Zachary and another person), Zachary will shutdown ALL communication and interaction with that particular person. This also cannot be corrected and will remain permanent.

Limited interaction can also be used (in situations where permitted). This policy doesn't outline or explain limitations of this particular process but is within the policy if need be.
