Zachary T. Neuhofer

I am currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Purdue University. I study food demand, agricultural marketing, and food and nutrition policy. My current research focuses on emerging food markets, such as, plant-based meat alternatives, and the impacts of political polarization on meat demand.

I am on the 2023-2024 job market and am available for interviews.
