In this summer offering, prospective students get to experience this learning first-hand as they engage in a Rocket Science design challenge. Through student-proposed labs and workshops, they construct their own rockets from scratch. The experience culminates with a launch day wherein students prepare, launch, and (hopefully!) retrieve their creations.

Student Proposed Experiments
During the course, students identify topics they want to study in the interest of improving their rocket design. Once these topics are identified, we partner to design experiments targeting the specific phenomena in question.
