Quality of fun is my passion.

I am a hard-working and passionate game developer currently based in Vancouver, BC. I moved to the beautiful West Coast to attend the world renowned University of British Columbia, where I completed a Bachelor of Science with a Double Major in Physics and Computer Science.

Since graduating I chose to embrace my decades-long desire to develop games and have been pursuing a career in videogame development. To help build my skills, experiment with, and explore the games development space, I've spent the last two and a half years developing a PC exclusive Virtual Reality game titled HamsterVeRse as a solo developer. Throughout the development process I have enjoyed honing my skills across a wide range of aspects in game development, from gameplay programming, UI design, level design, 3D modelling rigging & animation, sound engineering, and tools development to name a few. On the project page you can find a detailed account of the major components that I developed as part of making the game.

I also have professional experience working for Microsoft - The Coalition in a Quality Assurance Tester & Tools Development role on the Windows PC / Xbox title Gears of War 4.

When I'm not making games, there's a good chance I'm playing them! I love experiencing and studying all the different aspects that go into a gaming experience. There's nothing better than being wrapped up in a tightly crafted gameplay loop while appreciating all the little flourishes that bring a game to a higher level, something which I believe can only be achieved through talent and dedication.
