When downloading or using the application, these terms automatically apply to you, so you must ensure that you have read them carefully before using the application. You are not allowed to copy or modify the application, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. Attempting to extract the application's source code is prohibited, and you should not try to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions. The application itself and all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights continue to belong to Arshba Dmitry Valerievich.

Arshba Dmitry Valerievich strives to make the application as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge for the application or its services without explaining the purpose of the payment.

The Arshba Dmitry Valerievich application stores and processes the personal data you provide to us for the provision of my service. You are responsible for the security of your phone and access to the application. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this process removes software restrictions imposed by your device's official operating system. This can make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses, jeopardize your phone's security features, and may cause the Zabron application not to function properly or not at all.

The application uses third-party services that declare their Terms of Use.

You should be aware that there are certain things for which Arshba Dmitry Valerievich will not take responsibility. Some features of the application require an active internet connection. If you do not have access to Wi-Fi and have no data allowance left, Free State Holdings cannot be held responsible if the application does not work to its full capacity.

When using the application outside of Wi-Fi zones, you should be aware that the terms of agreement with your mobile network operator will still apply. As a result, your mobile network operator may charge you for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the application or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such expenses, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside your home territory (i.e., region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the application.

Similarly, Arshba Dmitry Valerievich cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the application. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to use the service, Free State Holdings cannot be held responsible.

As for Arshba Dmitry Valerievich responsibility for your use of the application, when you're using the application, it's important to bear in mind that although we strive to ensure it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you. Our service is not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the application.

At some point, we may wish to update the application. The application is currently available on Android and iOS – requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the application. Arshba Dmitry Valerievich does not promise that it will always update the application to be relevant to you and/or for use with the version of Android and iOS that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the application and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination. If we do decide to cease the provision of the application, we will not be liable to you or any third party for the termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update our Terms from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
