9:15 - 9:30: Judges Sign in (light snacks & beverages provided)

9:30 - 9:45: Orientation

9:45 - 10:15: Opening Ceremonies

10:15 - 11:30: Project Judging

Following project judging, judges are welcomed to stay

11:30 - 12:15: Lunch and entertainment for students

12:15 - 1:15: Public showcase

1:15 - 2:00: Awards Ceremony

2:00 - 2:15: Project takedown
