YWO members vow to honor the brilliance of all youth and organization members. Wherever we are, our organization strives to look and achieve the best in ourselves and for others around us. YWO members must understand the importance of youth mental health & wellness in our community as well as the members of our organization. YWO members must do everything to make sure that we achieve progress in everything we do in our community and appreciate what we accomplish while in our organization.

Ethics gives our members moral principles that show the behavior of our company and what we strive to achieve. 

Accountability gives our members the willingness to hold themselves accountable for their mistakes and to learn and progress from them.

Diversity gives our members an understanding that differences are better in a board and helping create conversation helps and progress the development of our organization.

Passion & Quality makes sure that our members love what they do and do it with their best ability and knowledge even if it’s hard.

• Reach youth from all around and provide them with better access to mental health resources.

• Establish Growth within our community and organization.

• Increase participation in community and volunteer activities.

• Prevent youth from participating in gang activity, criminal activity, and other juvenile behaviors.

• Be aware and knowledgeable about healthy nutrition in order to make healthy and nutritional choices.
