The voices of young workers–living on the frontlines of both the #ClimateCrisis and an economic recession–are rarely heard in discussions about climate.
We want to change that.

Young workers face incredible uncertainty right now, from an unjust economy to job-killing climate disaster.
If you work and are under 35 we bet you've got a compelling story to tell.
Take our #YoungWorkerListeningProject survey to get your voice heard: http://bit.ly/YWLP2021
Young workers are uniquely affected by climate change yet our voices are rarely heard in discussions about climate. We live on the frontlines of both the climate crisis and an economic recession. As young workers, we have had no choice but to be resilient in the face of dramatic economic changes since the start of our careers.
Through our new #YoungWorkerListeningProject, the Labor Network for Sustainability will lift up the unique perspectives of young workers. We will fight for climate policies based on the lived experiences of young workers and activists so that together we can build an economy that meets our actual needs.
If you are under the age of 35, please take five minutes to share your experience by taking the survey below.
