I obtained my bachelor and master degrees from Peking University and PhD degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). My current research interests include machine learning, natural language processing and their applications in industrial engineering, healthcare management, operations management and education. I also use lab and field experiments to study consumer behavior, consumer decision making, user experience and human computer interface.
