By downloading or using the Yüzde Bin mobile application (“Service”), you agree to the following

terms and conditions.

1. Description of Service

Yüzde Bin is a mobile application that provides football match analysis, statistics, and related content.

2. User Responsibilities

• You may only use the app for lawful and personal purposes.

• You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

• You must not upload or share illegal, offensive, or spam content.

3. Our Responsibilities

• We strive to keep the app available and functional but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• We may display advertisements through third-party providers.

• We may update or modify the app without prior notice.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Some features are available free of charge.

• Premium features may require payment through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App

Purchases.

• Payments are processed directly by Google or Apple. We do not store or process credit card

information.

5. Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time.

• Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Çukurova / Adana.
