Personal Profile

I joined the School of Graduate Studies, Lingnan University as a Research Fellow in September 2020. Before that, I received my PhD in Sociology & Social Policy from Lingnan University, Hong Kong. I was a recipient of the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship from 2017 to 2020. My dissertation focuses on young graduate entrepreneurs in Shenzhen, China and the public opinions on the local innovation environment of Shenzhen. My research interests include higher education management, youth development, public management and performance in general.

I was a visiting postgraduate researcher at the University of Bath in 2019. Before joining Lingnan, I received a Master's degree from King's College London, UK and a Bachelor's degree from Jinan University, Guangzhou, China.
