My profile
I obtained my PhD degree in mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in Oct 2023 and I received the Hong Kong Mathematical Society Best Thesis Award 2024.
I am interested in problems in symplectic geoemtry (and more generally, generalized complex geoemtry) arising from mathematical physics. In particular, I studied Batalin-Vilkovisky quantization of field theories. Currently, I have been investigating Berezin-Toeplitz quantization and seeking for a mathematical formulation of the category of coisotropic A-branes as an enlargement of the Fukaya category via the ideas of Gukov-Witten's brane quantization and Kuwagaki's sheaf quantization, which would hopefully shed a new light on mirror symmetry.
In regards to my instructional experience, I have taught a variety of undergraduate courses in mathematics. I have undergone a solid training in pedagogy at the University of Michigan (UMich) and I received the Best Teaching Assistant Award from the Mathematics Department of CUHK during 2019-2020.
