A Japanese Natural Language Semanticist
I'm an associate professor at the School of Global Communication and Language, Kansai Gaidai University. My primary research interest lies in meanings of natural language expressions and their formal representations. I've been working on evidentials, epistemic modals, floating quantifiers, measure phrases, etc. My dissertation deals with various aspects of evidentials' semantics.
