I worked directly with Joy Curry, the founder and president of CORRAL Riding Academy, to redesign and improve their internal CRM systems and IT management. I integrated Salesforce system with various aspects of their current business workflows and developed 5+ functional Visualforce pages that serve as a portal for external user to interact with Salesforce. I also created weekly reports and dashboards for the senior management. The automation flows I created improved the efficiency of client relationship management by 70%+.

Full Stack Web Development Intern

Opptin Remote Jan 2020 ~ May 2020

Opptin is a start-up company focusing on creating a secure and simple way for people to network utilizing proximity-based technology. I worked in their full-stack team and developed multiple geofencing widgets that allow users to create custom social networking spaces with real-time chat function and information exchange. Data Scientist Intern (Capstone Project)

I joined Credit Suisse's Equity Derivatives Department as a part-time data science specialist intern. Throughout the internship, I gathered and interpreted pain points of their day-to-day operations and provided potential technical solutions. For example, I created an automated error check tool to not only perform an assessment of appropriateness in fair value leveling, but also outline the addition of new accounts and unusual activity, thereby greatly reducing manual reconciliations and human errors.

I worked full-time for Jonathan Lindsey's chemistry lab at North Carolina State University for 2 months during summer of 2019. I was primarily responsible for upgrading the PhotochemCAD™ website including restructuring the database, rendering dynamic graph, and creating admin portal pages. I interned at Accenture on an IT Strategy Transformation project for 3 months in 2018. My main responsibilities include:
