Payment plan is an option if the total price of the commission is 300 USD and more

I do not send WIPs (only sketch and base colors for approval), so let me know  if you really need one

Most preferable ways of communication are Discord, Telegram or Twitter

The minimum deadline is 7 days, the maximum deadline depends on a complexity of a commission (usually never more than 3 months)

Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency

The product received by customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the artist. This will require a separate agreement between customer and artist defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the product

Customer has right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase

Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10-50 USD extra, depending on a request difficulty. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the fixing has been received 

Artist reserves every right to refuse or cancel any commission, under condition of full refund or if the commission has not been paid yet, without giving reasons to customer

Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in customer being refused sales in the future or blocked
