I am a manager at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). Previously, I worked as an economist at the International Monetary Fund Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (IMF OAP).

I received my Ph.D. in Public Policy at the University of Tokyo in 2022.  (GraSPPers Voice)
