• This is subject to a first come first serve basis.  Failure to settle the down payment, the requested date and time will not be reserved to you.

•  Refund Policy Explanation:

When an order is confirmed, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required via Venmo or Zelle to secure your date and order. This down payment serves as a commitment to your order and compensates for the time, resources, and potential business we forgo by reserving that date exclusively for you.

Once the deposit is received, we turn down other customer inquiries for the same date to ensure your order is prioritized. Because of this, cancellations after payment cannot be refunded. 

In summary, the 50% down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE because it covers initial preparation and the loss of other booking opportunities once your order date is reserved.

Only for catering: For catering online bookings, once a date has been selected, it is still subject for confirmation via text indicating any details and the total price. Payment will be made right after the confirmation of the date, not before.

We do not provide to-go containers.
