• Utilized Finite Element Model (FEM) to simulate polarization switching in topological photonics structures and optical response in photonics structures integrated with 2D materials and magneto-optical (MO) materials.
• Built analytical models for 2D materials and ring resonators.
• Assembled optical setups for optical measurements and microscope.

• Utilized FEM and FDTD to optimize and compute Ge-PIN photodiode with Al nanohole arrays and GeSn plasmonic gratings.
• Produced Al nanohole arrays on Ge-PIN photodiodes using EBL and dry etching techniques and conducted VI characterization measurements of diodes.
