I am an assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá).
I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Information at the University of Michigan during the 2023-2026 academic years, and I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Nottingham in 2023.
I am an experimental and behavioral economist studying how institutions, identities, and norms affect moral and pro-social behavior. I explore these factors in the context of corruption, altruism, and cooperation.
