Update: If you are planning on day tripping, you MUST still register with SCA-rs. All event attendees must be pre-registered or we must turn you away at the gate.

The Covid Safe policy states you must present proof of vaccination (physical or electronic copies accepted), or a negative Covid test taken within the last 72 hrs. This will be checked at the door before you are permitted to check in at troll.

Site Fee: On new unwrapped toy to be donated to Country Santa. However we will need each individual to register through SCA-RS.

Event Refund Policy:

No refunds shall be provided if the event does not make a profit. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later than seven days after the event. All refunds shall be paid by check from the Barony’s checking account. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed.
