My research and teaching focus on international and financial macroeconomics, the political economy of financialized capitalism, and the relationship between monetary policy and income distribution.
In my past academic research publication, I have outlined in the agenda bridges macro-finance, international economics, and comparative political economy.
I will be joining as an associate professor of macroeconomics at the Graduate School of Policy Science at Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto/Osaka, Japan next year.
