I am a linguist specializing in descriptive and typological research on Turkish. I have been working on a wide range of grammatical phenomena—including reduplication, motion event descriptions, nominalization, and differential argument marking.
Methodologically, I draw on fieldwork, experimental elicitation, and corpus-based approaches, with a strong emphasis on empirical, data-driven analysis.
By integrating insights from construction grammar and linguistic typology, my research aims not only to advance our understanding of Turkish grammar, but also to contribute to broader theoretical debates in general linguistics.
