Yuha is a Discord bot that provides a K-pop card collection and trading experience. This Privacy Policy explains what information Yuha processes, how that information is used, where it is stored, and how users can request its deletion.
By using Yuha, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in this policy.
Yuha stores and processes information necessary to provide its features, including:
Discord User ID: Used to identify your account within Yuha and associate your game data with you.
Card collection and inventory: Information about the cards you own and your collection (checklist).
Virtual currency: Your in-bot currency balances and related game records (hearties and heartkets).
Trading information: Data required to manage card trades and other in-game exchanges between users.
Language preferences: Your selected language.
Cooldowns and preferences: Information used to manage command cooldowns, game features, and user preferences.
Yuha does not intentionally store the contents of Discord messages as part of its normal gameplay functionality. It processes information submitted through commands, buttons, and other interactions needed to operate the bot.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through Yuha.
We use the information described above to:
Create and maintain your game profile.
Save your cards, inventory, and virtual currency balances.
Process trades and prevent or resolve invalid transactions.
Apply cooldowns and maintain game rules.
Remember language and other preferences.
Provide, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Yuha's functionality.
Protect the integrity of the game's data and investigate suspected abuse of its features.
We do not sell Discord User IDs or personal data collected through Yuha.
Yuha's bot application is hosted by Cybrancee. Game data is stored in a MongoDB database cluster.
Yuha also uses external services to support certain features:
GIF API: Yuha may use an external GIF API to retrieve GIFs related to the idol and group associated with a user's favorite character. The search is based on character-related information and is used to provide relevant GIFs within the bot. Yuha does not intentionally send Discord User IDs or other personal account information to the GIF API as part of this search.
Discord: Provides the platform through which users interact with Yuha.
Cybrancee and MongoDB: Provide hosting and database infrastructure, as applicable to the services configured by the bot operator.
These providers may process or store information as necessary to provide their services, subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
Yuha displays links to Patreon and Ko-fi for users who voluntarily wish to support the project. Donations are handled through the respective external platforms. Yuha does not intentionally collect or store payment card details through these links. Please consult the relevant platform's privacy policy before making a contribution.
Yuha uses images obtained and downloaded from Canva as game assets. These images are used as visual content; this does not mean Yuha receives your personal information from Canva.
Data Retention
We retain game data for as long as it is necessary to operate Yuha's features and maintain users' game progress, subject to applicable legal requirements.
When data is no longer needed, or when a valid deletion request must be fulfilled, we will take appropriate steps to delete it, subject to applicable legal obligations and any necessary backup-retention periods.
Yuha does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information.
Information may be processed by the service providers described in this policy to operate the bot and its infrastructure, or disclosed when required by applicable law. Data is not intentionally shared with unrelated third parties for their own advertising purposes.
You may request the deletion of the data associated with your Yuha profile by contacting the bot's support team:

Please provide your Discord User ID and explain that you are requesting deletion of your Yuha data. We may ask for reasonable confirmation that you control the relevant account.
We will review the request and delete the associated data where appropriate and as required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained temporarily for legal obligations, security, or the handling of outstanding transactions. Any retained information will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
Removing Yuha from a Discord server or stopping use of the bot does not necessarily delete data already stored in its database. Please submit a deletion request if you want your stored game data removed.
Yuha is accessed through Discord. Users must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and any higher minimum age required by the laws applicable to them.
Yuha is not intended to collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use Discord under these requirements.
Yuha may provide links to third-party websites, including Patreon and Ko-fi. These services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Yuha is not responsible for their independent data practices.
