The cards from the previous two Power of Chaos games, if installed, are included. New game features include a ranked difficulty for the computer opponent, denoted by a star gauge in the Duel menu, which ranks from 1 star to 9. As you win duels, the difficulty increases, and the opponent swaps his Deck for a more potent one every time this happens. Later difficulty levels (8-9) allow the opponent to use different Decks in that same level. Losing consecutive duels results in decreased difficulty for the first time in Power of Chaos games. Other options include allowing the opponent to use cards from the previous two games, increasing the difficulty. Also, the option to make many Limited cards Forbidden is given, making the game more balanced. One other new addition to the game is that when you win cards that you already have, you may have a choice of getting different cards, or keep the ones you've earned. This can only be done when every card you win in a match or one card in a single duel is a common card, not new. Last, you can also duel a friend via LAN or via Gameranger.

To know the strategy of this deck, there's some things you need to know. The 3 shining angels you should put in face down defence so when they are destroyed by battle, you can special summon a royal magical library using shining angels effect. This card is crutial to have on the field because royal magical library's effect lets you draw a card each time you or your opponent plays a spell card.You can also use sangan's effect to get that card to your hand but I would use it to get a card of exodia to your hand. The only downside of that is you need to show the card to your opponent so if you don't have all 3 libraries in your hand, field or graveyard, pick a library so you can draw more cards. The boatload of spells is obviously for library's effect. The traps are for defense, but still being able to draw cards. I hope you like this deck and tell me how it works out for you!

You can put you're most powerful deck and press export so it will be saved and if you want to change some cards in you're deck you can change it and if you did not like it you press import to put you're saved deck
